Japanese techniques in healing and gardening, well being and mindfulness have become important to the foundations of holistic health. Mindfulness in the Japanese Zen garden has been practiced since medieval Japan, they are known for their simplicity and serenity with rocks, water, granite and sand. The most famous can be found in Kyoto in the 15th Century Ryoanji, the temple of the ‘peaceful dragon’. The garden serves to create a meditation space about the true meaning of life. This year Giles Reynolds will create a Japanese Zen Garden to create an experience of mindfulness and activity through the Zen Garden.

Practitioners are developed on levels 1,2, Master and teacher levels. When working as a Master it is normal to invoke the violet flame, heart energy, the experience is deep and warming, leaving you feeling relaxed, uplifted and energised.
