Bonsai Kai at Fenton House
Wed 25 May, 2016 @ 11:00 am - 5:00 pm BST
Fenton House Garden welcomes back Europe’s oldest bonsai club, Bonsai Kai, who will be displaying their amazing collection of bonsai trees in our 300 year old orchard.
The rest of the walled garden is laid out over three levels, featuring formal walks, a sunken rose garden and a kitchen garden, and open Wednesday to Sunday 11am-5pm, last entry 4.30pm. Entry £3.
Bonsai Kai’s experts will also be holding bonsai demonstrations on Monday 30th May, from 11am, as part of Fenton’s Big Picnic (also part of the Chelsea Fringe). They will be on hand to offer any information about the trees displayed in our garden, and any advice if you are struggling with this amazing art form.
Please feel free to come along with your own trees on the day and take part in this unique event.
