Burgess Park gets a Fringe with London Wildlife Trust

During Chelsea Fringe, a series of walks and talks will focus on wildlife in the park, the industrial and social heritage of Burgess Park and the Surrey Canal, and the diverse Gardens of Burgess Park – from floral to food.
On Tuesday June 2nd, London Wildlife Trust will guide a walk through the wildlife areas in the park, highlighting the diversity of park life and the importance of conservation. This evening walk is suitable for all ages. Discover who’s flying over the park and lurking in the lakes and ponds, the flora and fauna growing and running wild in the middle of the city!
The walk will leave from Burgess Park Tennis Club at 7pm, and conclude at Coburg Road Sports Centre.
