At Manor Farm Nature Space in Norbury we’re passionate about urban green space. We’re lucky to have been chosen to receive wildflower seed kits from Kew Garden’s national outreach initiative – ‘Grow Wild’. This will help us connect our local community in our shared initiative to brighten up our local area by sowing wildflower seeds in an unloved space here in Norbury. We’ll bring colour to the space and inspire passion for an area that is normally walked through and fly-tipped.
Join us to learn about and plant wild flowers to improve our local area and inspire passion in our local green space.
We will run two workshops to prepare the ground and sow wildflower seeds. At the end of the second workshop, you’re invited to join us at Manor Farm Nature Space to celebrate your part in making this happen and share a potluck early supper with toasted marshmallows.
Workshop 1 Sunday 20th May 2018: 10 – 3pm Join us for a fun day outside to create a bright and colourful space by planting wildflower seeds and plants in Norbury.
Workshop 2 Sunday 27 May 2018 workshop 10 – 3pm Join us for a fun day outside to create a bright and colourful space by planting wildflower seeds and plants in Norbury.
